Small Note: AMEX is not accepted. If used, you’ll be refunded your payment and will need to redo the sign up process with an accepted debit or credit card.
What’s Offered?
In-Person Group Training - Twelve sessions/mo with each session being 40 minutes for $370. This also allots access to train outdoors, when the weather is good.
Virtual Small Group Training - You can attend as many classes as you choose. Your membership offers you access to all of the classes listed below, only.
The schedule of the classes is as follows: Mon/Wed/Fri @ 5:00a (Note: This is the standard schedule, but the days can change week to week).
Sat @ 9a - Boot Camp Bonus
They are on a use it or lose it basis. No make-ups are given for missed sessions. You may cancel anytime. A two week notice will keep us from billing you for the next payment. These are strength training style workouts. All fitness levels are welcomed and we are ready to get started with you. A consultation is required for all new members prior to beginning any fitness regimen with I AM Fitness 24-7. It is imperative for us to gather as much information as we can about you, so that we can be of the best benefit to you. Our duty is to serve you in a purpose that changes your life completely.
MEMBER/NON MEMBER ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE
I understand the risk of injury from CLUB activities and using any CLUB equipment is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown. I acknowledge that this is an UNSUPERVISED FITNESS CENTER, and I assume all risks associated with using exercise equipment, participating in the fitness classes, and exercising alone without the aid and presence of CLUB staff on the premises. I understand that I Am Fitness 247® is a trademark of I Am Fitness Elite Training, LLC. I HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE CLUB AND I AM FITNESS ELITE TRAINING, LLC, their respective owners, officers, affiliates, agents and employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and
lessors of premises used to conduct any sponsored event (Releases), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or otherwise, that may arise out of or in connection with my using any of the equipment or the facilities of the CLUB or any incident that occurs while using the CLUB’s facilities or engaging in CLUB activities on or off the premises or otherwise related to my CLUB membership.
I expressly agree that this release is intended to be as board and inclusive as permitted by the laws of Pennsylvania and if a portion of this release is held invalid, the balance shall remain in full force and effect. This release shall apply to my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and any other next of kin. I understand that the CLUB is relying on this release in agreeing to enter into this Agreement.
I HAVE READ THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTIONS OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY AGREEING TO IT, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
